Unidentified Receipts list updated May 05

Posted: May 6, 2025

A new version of the unidentified receipts list is ready for download as of May 05, 2025.

The unidentified receipts document provides a list of wires, ACH transfers, and checks received by the university that cannot be identified as belonging to a particular department, due to a lack of information accompanying the payment. Unclaimed funds are credited to an unidentified receipts account. If funds departments do not claim the funds in a timely manner, the university must remit unclaimed funds to the state of New York. To avoid loss of revenue, departments should review the list of unidentified receipts regularly.
