JEMS

Prior to the implementation of the Kuali Financial System (KFS), accounting journals were processed in the Journal Entry Management System (JEMS). JEMS has been decommissioned with the implementation of KFS, but historical general ledger entries processed in JEMS are available for reference purposes.

Processing Journals in KFS

In KFS, general ledger entries formerly processed through JEMS will be processed using Financial Processing e-docs. Refer to KFS Training and Standard Operating Procedures for the appropriate method of processing general ledger entries.
